Any legal dispute or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, USA.
3. Service Architecture & Zero Retention: Atmo Share operates an ephemeral, zero-knowledge WebRTC peer-to-peer payload transmission platform. We do not store, host, inspect, or log your transferred files or text payloads on any cloud storage or server infrastructure.
4. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, unauthorized copyrighted works under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), or conduct activities violating California Penal Code § 502 or US federal law (CFAA).
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND UNDER CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ATMOSPHERE DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM TRANSMISSION INTERRUPTIONS.
